Bee Breath

Moose Bee Breath. Honey bees can recognize human faces. Can they recognize a moose faces? Good question and I don't know. Aw. But I do know that bee breaths are an amazing way to calm down. To get your bee breath on, sit up straight, close your eyes, put your fingers gently in your ears, and breath in then breath out making the sound of a humming bee. Try it. (breath in) (humming) Now, make sure you're comfy and let's take some bee breaths. Ready? Okay. Breath in, hum out. Breath in and hum out. In and out. In, hum out. Breath in, hum out. In and out. Breath in, hum out. Great. Bee breaths are great for when you're frustrated, anxious, or even angry. What about when you're hungry? (chuckles) No. Aw. Ah, it's worth a try.
