Get your yoga pose on and do an upward facing dog with Om Petalhead in this level 2 Flexibility exercise, brought to you by Special Olympics.
High 5 Champ, Flexibility, Level 2. Hi, there, friends. Om here again. I'm so glad to see you back. I hope you're ready to stretch those muscles and bend even more. Before we begin, remember that healthy bodies eat, drink, and move. That means-- Eating from all five food groups every day, especially fruits and vegetables. Drinking at least one bottle of water every day. And moving for 60 minutes or more every day too. Now are you ready? Let's go! Are you ready to get bending and stretching like an Upward Facing Dog? This is a yoga pose that I love to do before I take a long walk through my gratitude garden. Let's try it together. Lay down with your belly on the ground. Push yourself all the way up like you're trying to see the wall behind you. We'll do this for 30 seconds. Take it slow and breathe. Feel your muscles stretching and relaxing. Breathe in. And breathe out. Feel your body releasing tension but keep your tummy muscles strong. That's it. 3, 2, 1. Relax. Great work. Well, now I'm all bendy and looking forward to Level 3. Hope you are too.
