Voiceover Think about it. Sit or stand up straight. Take a deep breath, and follow along. Voiceover Being grateful (gentle music) comes from looking for and feeling for good. We can be grateful for anything and everything around us. A person, a smile, a word, a moment, a place, a sound. Gently place your hands over your heart. Allow your eyes to close, or even gaze forward. Take a moment to reflect on something that you feel grateful for. Think with your heart. Not so much with your head. Keep that feeling. Keep that gratefulness for a few more moments. Maybe you smile. Maybe you feel warm. Notice how gratitude feels. Be thankful. Be grateful.
