[MUSIC PLAYING] Aloha, my awesome land-walking friends. It's really great seeing you today. I'm super excited for our group chat. Let's discover why it can be good to challenge yourself and your comfort zone together. We need to set goals for ourselves by exploring outside our comfort zones. Let's try something that is hard for you to do, which is also a form of bravery. Setting goals might be easy if we're matching low expectations and staying in our comfort zone. But if we do that, we'll never be able to grow and move forward if we don't try. Not too long ago, I was the local swimming champion and I had gotten comfortable being the winner at that distance. [GIGGLES] I was kind of a celebrity in my coral reef, as everyone knew who I was and what I had accomplished. It was pretty cool, I must say. But one day, my coach suggested it was time for me to move up to the next level. I needed to start training and practicing for not only the next stage but for the level that came after that-- school. Wait, whoa? It was overwhelming. I'm not going to lie to you, SuperNoodle friends. I was scared. I didn't know if I could swim faster and go longer distances. But I did know one thing, and that was I would never know if I could do any of that if I didn't try. And trying is half the battle. I was confident in myself as the local coral reef winner, but preparing myself and then beyond that, well, it was scary. I know I might be a little fish in the big sea, but I know who I am and what I'm capable of. I want to keep winning but I also know I need to grow. I need to try more than just what I'm good at to get to the next level. I will be putting my best fin forward. I can't wait to see where my growth journey outside my comfort zone takes me and for you as well, my SuperNoodle friends. OK, it's time to stop floundering around. Time to get up and get moving and grooving.
