[MUSIC PLAYING] Bear Breath. Bears usually take six to 10 breaths per minute, but when they hibernate, they only take one breath every 45 seconds. Whoa, that's a very little breath. To get your bear breath on, sit down and get really comfortable. Inhale through your nose, pause, and count, 1, 2, 3. And exhale again before counting, 1, 2, 3. Try it.
