Hey, everyone, it's Moose Fabio and friends. And we're super excited for a new school year because back to school means we get back in motion. It's what we love to do at GoNoodle-- moving and grooving while we learn new things. Now tell me, GoNoodle friends, what new things are you most excited about this year? Something new that I'm excited and a little nervous about is fractions. One thing I'm most excited for about this year is the sixth-grade crew because they're really good teachers. So many exciting new things. Now, trust me, Moose Fabio knows sometimes new things can give you a case of the jitters too. Yeah, Moose Fabio gets some too. But you don't need it all figured out on the first day. You just need to get moving. See, when we move, it gets your body and your brain ready for anything. Here, I'll show you one of my favorites. It's called tall to small. I use it to get all my big energy down to a size easier to work with. Ready to try it with me? Reach those arms up as tall as you can get. Tall, taller, tallest! And now, fold all the way down, small as you can be. And touch those toes. Ooh. Feel that? Those jitters are just squeezing on out. See? You just turned your jitters into your jam. My favorite is rainbow reach. I like it. Let's do it, everybody. One arm up high. Lean side to side, like you're painting a rainbow. Nice and slow. Oh, feel that? So calm. OK, now, what's a move for when you've got so much energy, you need to let it out right now? I like the fast feet. Yes. Knees up. Arms are pumping. Let's go. All that energy out. And we didn't even go anywhere. Now, this move is one of Moose Fabio's favorites. It's for waking your whole brain up. It's called criss cross. March in place. Tap opposite elbow to opposite knee. Yeah, yeah, yeah, just like that. This one gets both sides of your brain working and ready to focus. Fabio always needs his focus.
