And we're having a ball, a tennis ball, that is. [LAUGHS] Now, GoNoodlers, listen up. We're about to get you moving, grooving, high-fiving, and ball diving. Get your brain involved and totally match ready. And here's your mission. Should you choose to accept it, this here is the magic match ball. He's going to pop up in today's videos when you least expect it. Every time you see him, shout "ace" loud enough that I hear it from here. We'll count them all up at the end. Think you're up for it? Of course, you are. One more thing before we hit Play, a pro never plays cold. So before we do anything, we warm up. And I got the perfect chance for it, the Bryan brothers, two brothers who played doubles, which means double the energy and double the fun. So on your feet, GoNoodlers. Pick your move. One of the best things about having a partner is that you get to split up the work so everything doesn't fall on you and only you. So partner up with the person next to you. You're going to want to split this exercise up. It is intense. OK. We're going to do 100 squats, but each one of you doesn't need to do all 100. Partner A-- That's me. --does 10 squats. Do a squat. Just like how you practice running and hitting the ball, you can also practice using your mind to stay calm and focused on what comes next. Here we go. Before the match begins, let's practice some belly breaths together. Focus your eyes on the tennis ball on screen. When the ball gets closer, breathe in. When it gets farther away, breathe out. Remember to relax your shoulders. And let your belly rise and fall with each breath. Let's go. Breathe in through your nose for 3, 2, 1 and out through your nose or mouth for 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Great work. Let's start the first match. Follow the ball around the court with your eyes, and keep breathing slowly. Baseline to add service box. Add service box to service line.
