[EXCITING MUSIC] It's me, Moose Fabio here with all my friends at camp GoNoodle. We are so happy you joined us. Now we can really get moving and have some fun because you're here. Speaking of fun, Moose Fabio thinks one of the best parts of camp is making arts and crafts, really showing off your creativity in all sorts of things you can make-- drawing cartoons, making crafts you can use, even making yummy snacks. Mm! So join us now at Camp GoNoodle as we get silly, get moving, and get crafty. How to! How to make unicorn goo slime. I love unicorns. Yay, unicorns! Did I mention I love unicorns? [GIGGLES] You'll need three 6-ounce bottles of glitter glue in different colors. For each bottle of glue, you'll need a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of contact lens solution, two bowls, one spoon, an airtight container, and a little bit of water. Can you repeat those again? I was daydreaming about unicorns. Step one-- cover your table with newspaper so you don't slime things up. Step two-- squeeze most of a bottle of glue into a bowl. Step three-- put the baking soda in a small bowl. Add a little bit of water, and stir it up. Step four-- add the baking-soda mixture to the glue and stir it on up. Step five-- add the magic ingredient, the contact lens solution. This activates the glue and turns it into slime. Step six-- stir it with a spoon until most of the contact solution is mixed in. You can keep stirring it with your spoon, or you can use your hands to squish and squash the slimy mixture all over the bowl until it becomes stretchy, gooey slime. Note-- if it's too sticky, give your hands a little squirt of the contact lens solution. Step seven-- repeat this process with the other two colors. Put the glue in the bowl. Mix the baking soda and water. Add it to the glue. Pour in the contact solution. Stir it. Knead it. Pull it. Done. Put the glue in the bowl. Mix the baking soda in water. Add it to the glue. Pour in the contact solution. Stir it. Knead it. Pull it. Done. Step eight-- break off a little piece of each color. Roll each one into a log and then twist it so the colors swirl together. Look, I'm a unicorn! Wait, what are we making? It's not that I'm forgetful. It's just that I have a hard time remembering things. Stretch and squeeze your unicorn slime as much as you want. Mix it together or keep it separate. And when you're not using it, store it in an airtight container and use it to decorate your room. Unicorn slime? Awesome! So how do you make it? You made the goo. Now what you going to do? Dance. Dance. Dance. [UPBEAT MUSIC] Make unicorn goo slime Slime! Look, I'm a unicorn [INAUDIBLE] Make unicorn goo slime [TRUMPET PLAYING] Disco! How to make a squishy stress ball. Stress balls can help you stay calm, cool, and collected. Not that I need one. You'll need a funnel, a pair of scissors, one balloon, and 1 cup of flour. If you don't have a funnel, you can cut off a bottom of a water bottle and use it as a funnel like this. Step one-- wrap the neck of the balloon around the mouth of the funnel. Step two-- pour the flour into the funnel to fill up the balloon. Peace, love, and flower power. Getting the flour to fill the balloon is tricky. Why isn't the flour going in easily? You may need to use a pencil or chopstick to pack the flour into the balloon. Come on, flour. Go in! Go in! Now! Don't give up. Almost done. Get it in there. Yes. Step three-- take the neck of the balloon off the funnel and gently squeeze as much air as you can from the balloon without losing any flour. Step four-- tie a knot in the balloon. Sometimes this is tricky. You got this. Can you hurry? I really need that stress ball. There. Give me that stress ball. Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! Step five-- squeeze your squishy stress ball as much as you want. You gotta try this. See? I'm as zen as usual. Namaste. Stressed? Try deep breaths. Take a full breath in through your nose. Let your belly soften and expand as it fills with air. Now exhale slowly and completely. As you continue breathing, I'll open and close this ball called a Hoberman sphere to help set the pace. Inhale, 1, 2. Exhale, 1, 2, 3, 4. Inhale, 1, 2. Exhale, 1, 2, 3, 4. Inhale, 1, 2. Exhale, 1, 2, 3, 4. Inhale, 1, 2. Exhale, 1, 2, 3, 4. Ah. Now let's check in with our Hero Champ to see where this adventure takes us. Today, we're sharing the stage with Van Gogh way up on Rainbow Rock, exploring creativity. Bonjour, Super Noodlers. It's me, Van Gogh. Life is beautiful being surrounded by you. We're going to be exploring creativity, as it's my superpower. And I bet if you give it a try, it can be yours too. All right, so a little bit about me as I'm new to your world. My name is Van Gogh, and I live in Rainbow Rock. I like to look at the world from a different perspective. I love to paint in my spectacular outdoor studio. And I often discover what I think are mistakes when I'm being creative are actually really happy accidents. How fantastic is that? Today, on our adventure, I'd like to share with you about having fun and letting happiness help set your imagination free. All of us are one of a kind, and when we share the things that make us each special and unique, life is way more exciting. This reminds me of one lazy afternoon. My friend Squatchy stopped by as I was lounging in my back yard. It was one of those days where the sky was as blue as a tropical ocean, and the white clouds were moving above like they had a plan. I watched as the puffy, cotton-candy-like clouds formed into the shape of a running horse. [LAUGHS] But instead, Squatchy saw the shape of a dog made out of a balloon. Hmm. My mind was blown that he didn't see the same thing that I did. Have you ever had something like that happen to you where you were looking at the same thing with your friend, but you saw something completely different? We waited a few minutes while the clouds continued to move around. A factoid-- did you know clouds are heavy and weigh a lot? An average cumulus cloud, a fluffy white cloud, weighs the same as a jumbo jet, about 500 tons. Amazing, right? I pointed to the sky as I watched a cloud form into the shape of a rabbit riding a flying carpet. But Squatchy saw a toy airplane instead. I wanted to see what Squatchy was seeing, so I changed my perspective by moving closer to Squatchy, placing my view as close to his as I could. I then asked him to draw the outline of the toy airplane with his finger for me to be able to see what he did. And it worked. I left my mind open and was able to see what Squatchy had seen, and it was beautiful. I was able to see both formations. We then switched so Squatchy could see the rabbit on the flying carpet before it disappeared in the sky and became something new. It was pretty neat. OK, my friends, I need to get back in front of my canvas and paint some of those beautiful cloud formations I'd seen with Squatchy. It's time to get up. [UPBEAT MUSIC] We're gonna keep spreading beauty while we take some time to learn about creativity with our friends and our teacher. Alrighty, let's move, Super Noodlers. Spread the colors in 3, 2, 1. How to! How to make cookie dough hummus. Squatchy eat cookie. Squatchy eat dough. Squatchy eat hummus. Step one-- pour the chickpeas into the strainer and then rinse them well. Squatchy so hungry. Step two-- put the rinsed chickpeas in the blender. Then add the nut butter, the vanilla extract, the maple syrup, and the cinnamon. Blend until you have a nice and smooth mixture. Squatchy need food! Step three-- scoop the mixture into the bowl and mix in the chocolate chips. Squatchy can't wait! Step four-- put your cookie dough hummus into the jar. Step one-- fold the paper in half the long way. Captain Rad Chad preparing for takeoff, dude! Step two-- open it up and fold one corner down so the edge meets the center line. [UPBEAT MUSIC] Step three-- fold the other corner so the two edges meet. Checking engines and approaching runway, bro. Step four-- fold the top edges so they meet the center line. Step five- fold the plane in half. Time to put up your tray tables and fasten those seat belts. Step six-- fold the wings down so the top edge meets the bottom edge of the plane. Step seven-- use double-sided tape inside the body to hold it together. Liftoff in 3, 2-- Step eight-- pinch the bottom and fly the plane. Wow, bro! It looks like the plan is flying right towards me. Oh, it totally is. Mayday! Mayday! Oh! Do the airplane exercise. Put your leg up and behind you and use your arms for balance. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. And if you can, fly like an airplane. Try it on the other side. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. How to! How to make a balloon dog. You'll need a long balloon and a deep breath or a balloon pump. Breathe to achieve. Step one-- blow up the balloon until you have a 3-inch tail at the end. Then tie the other end in a knot. Sometimes it's a little tough to tie the knot. Step two-- wrap your hand around the side you just tied and twist so you have about a 3-inch bubble. Step three-- move your hand down and twist again so you have two 3-inch bubbles in a row. Step four-- do the same thing one more time so you have three 3-inch bubbles in a row. Twist, twist, twist. [UPBEAT MUSIC] Step five-- bring the second two bubbles together and twist them to hold them in place. Check it out! Your dog has a head. I wonder if this dog can do Downward Dog. Step six-- hold the balloon dog at its neck. Be gentle and twist three more 3-inch bubbles. 1, twist. 2, twist, twist. 3, twist, twist, twist. Step seven-- bring the first two bubbles together like this. Pinch and twist, twist. Voila! Front legs. Step eight-- pinch and twist three more times to make three more 3-inch bubbles. One bubble-- twist, twist. Another bubble, twist, twist, twist. The third bubble-- twist, twist, twist. Step nine-- bring the last two bubbles together. Pinch and twist, twist, twist. Voila! Back legs! And bam, you just made a balloon dog. No way! How cute is that balloon dog? I mean, balloon dogs are so zen. Give your balloon dog a doggy high five. (SINGING) Doggy high fives Doggy high fives Doggy high fives Give the doggy high five The dog got married Give your back a high five The dog had a ginormous tongue Give the floor a high five The dog stared at donuts Give your face a high five The dog's head was poofy Give the wall a high five Doggy high fives Give the doggy high fives Who's a good doggy? How to! How to blow a grass trumpet. We in the music scene call that a "grumpet," you dig? You'll need a wide blade of grass and your thumbs. Step one-- pick a blade of grass, the wider the better. Step two-- hold the grass on its side between your thumbs. Step three-- blow into the space between your thumbs. The grass will vibrate and make a trumpet sound. I love the sweet sound of the grumpet. Add some "grums" and a "grutar," and you've got yourself a grass band. You dig? [TOOTING] [CROWD CHEERING] Do the grass trumpet dance. [TOOTING] How to! How to make a fortune teller. You'll need a pen, four different color markers, and a square piece of paper. If you don't have a square piece, make one. Fold down a corner of a rectangular piece, forming a triangle. Fold the remaining rectangular piece one way, then the other again and again and again and again and again, forming a deep crease. Rip off the rectangular piece and open the triangle. Check it out! A square. Now on to the fortune teller. Step one-- fold the paper in half and then in half again, creating crease lines. Step two-- fold the paper in half diagonally and then diagonally again, then open. See? More creases. Hey, I can predict the future. You're going to fold that paper again. Step three-- fold the top right corner so the point is in the middle of the square. Told ya! Step four-- do the same with the other three corners. Fold, fold, fold. Step five-- turn the smaller square over and fold down the top corner to the middle of the square. Step six-- do the same with the other three corners. Fold, fold, fold. I predict more folding. Step seven-- fold the new, even smaller square in half. Right again! Step eight-- slide your thumbs and your pointers under each flap and use them to open and close your fortune teller. Hello. Step nine-- flip over your fortune teller and label each square with four colors-- orange, green, purple, blue. Step 10-- flip it over and label all eight triangles with a number. Step 11-- open up all of the flaps and write predictions like, yep, no way, possibly, definitely, probably not, in your dreams, yeah, you know it, and sorry, no dice. Step 12-- fold it back up. Put your fingers in, and find a friend. Have your friend ask a yes/no question like, does this fortune teller really predict the future? Tell them to pick a color. Purple. And spell it out as you move the fortune teller. P-U-R-P-L-E. Purple is my favorite color! Tell them to pick a number. Four. No way. I was going to say four. And move the fortune teller that many times. 1, 2, 3, 4. Tell them to pick another number. Seven. No way. I was going to say seven. And move the fortune teller that many times. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Tell them to pick one last number. Two. No way! I was-- Wait. Actually, no, I wasn't going to say two. I was going to say six. Oh, well. Open the flap for your answer. Does this fortune teller really predict the future? Yeah, you know it. Wait. What did it say for six? Hello? Hello? Where did everyone go?
