Blazer Fresh presents-- [MUSIC PLAYING] I Love Animals! Reptile edition. The reason why I love reptiles is because they are the coolest animals, really. They are cold-blooded invertebrates. You can find them almost anywhere, except Antarctica. Lizards, alligators, snakes, and more are some reptiles. And best of all, they love to move like me. In fact, reptiles can move around within just a few hours of birth. So come on. Let's get moving like a reptile. And we can start by breathing like a snake. Snake breath. Snake stress most people out. Ah! Snakes? Where? Where? So it's kind of funny and weird that doing snake breaths can actually calm down your body and brain. Oh. Don't worry, there's no snakes, Fabio. Oh, phew. To get your snake breath on, take a deep breath in through your nose and then exhale through your mouth while making a hissing sound. Try it. [INHALES DEEPLY] [HISSING] Whoa.
