Blazer Fresh presents-- I love animals. Mammal Edition. Mammals are one of my favorite animals. Why? Because of how they move. Take it from your Blazer Fresh friend, Taj. Whether you are a mammal in the ocean, or on land, they have some seriously fresh moves. And guess what? You can move with them. Come on, jump like a dolphin. Jump as high as you can. Yeah, like that. Or you can move like a bear. All you do is get down and do a bear crawl, down on your hands and knees and march in place like a bear. Now, roar. Yeah, you got it. Keep moving to these fun GoNoodle songs and stories about mammals. And speaking of bears, not only can you move like them, you can breathe like them too. Check this out. Bear breath. Bears usually take 6 to 10 breaths per minute. But when they hibernate, they only take one breath every 45 seconds. Whoa. That's very little breath. To get your bear breath on, sit down and get really comfortable. Inhale through your nose, pause, and count 1, 2, 3, and exhale again before counting, 1, 2, 3. Try it. [INHALES] [EXHALES] These are bear breaths are very relaxing. Get comfy, close your eyes, or keep them open, and let's take 10 big breaths. Ready? In, 2, 3. Out, 2, 3. In 2, 3. Out, 2, 3. In 2, 3. Then out, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3. Breathe in, 2, 3. And out, 2, 3. In 2, 3. Now out, 2, 3. Breathe 1, 2, 3. Out, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3. Breathe in, 2, 3. Breathe out, 2, 3. Breathe in, 2, 3. Breathe out, 2, 3. [SNORING] I think Fabio just fell asleep. Do Moose hibernate? [SNORING] Ah, breathing like a bear calmed me down. And moving like a beaver is the total opposite. Here, let me show you what I mean. "Beaver Call." Let's head to the aquarium and learn about some of our fresh and saltwater friends. Here we go, in 3, 2, 1. I just love it here at the aquarium. You can see up close and personal the diversity of animals who need water in their habitat, from frogs and amphibians in the rainforest to a jellyfish who floats along. There are so many fun ways to move along with ocean animals. Here's one now. First, we will move and groove like a jellyfish, and then we will sing a song about the penguin. It's all happening at the aquarium. "The Jellyfish." The reason why I love reptiles is because they are the coolest animals, really. They are cold-blooded invertebrates. You can find them almost anywhere, except Antarctica. Lizards, alligators, snakes, and more are some reptiles. And best of all, they love to move like me. In fact, reptiles can move around within just a few hours of birth. So come on, let's get moving like a reptile. And we can start by breathing like a snake. Snake breath. Snakes stress most people out. Snakes? Where? Where? So it's kind of funny and weird that doing snake breaths can actually calm down your body and brain. Don't worry, there's no snakes, Fabio. Phew. To get your snake breath on, take a deep breath in through your nose, and then exhale through your mouth while making a hissing sound. Try it. [INHALES] [HISSES] Whoa. These breaths are fun. So get comfortable, close your eyes, or keep them open, whatever feels right, and let's take some snake breaths. Ready? Breathe in. Hiss out. [HISSING] Breathe in. Hiss out. [HISSING] In. Hiss Out. [HISSING] Breathe in and out. [HISSING] In. Hiss out. [HISSING] Breathe, and hiss out. [HISSING] In. Out. [HISSING] Nice work. If you ever find yourself really stressed out or, "Hiss-terically" upset, snake breaths can help you feel better, especially if you have a really long exhale. I need to do a snake breath if I ever see a snake. Yeah. I hope I never see a snake.
