Let's speak Thinglish! [BOING] Hey, Go Noodlers, want to learn how to speak Thinglish? [SLAPPING] From the new movie, The Cat in the Hat. Let's speak Thinglish! [SLAPPING] I think this is their language. As you can see, Things don't use words. They use movement and-- [SLAPPING] --body percussion. [SLAPPING] [MOUTH POPPING] --to talk to each other in Thinglish, like this. [SLAPPING CHEEKS] Luckily, our friend, Christopher, here is going to teach us how it works. When we're done, you'll be an expert in Thinglish, and you can be the one to teach grown-ups how to speak it. Take it away, Christopher! I'm the choreographer from the new movie, The Cat in the Hat. A choreographer is someone who tells stories through dance and all sorts of movement languages. [SLAPPING] We're going to teach you how to say some key phrases, such as hello. [SLAPPING CHEEKS] Goodbye. [SLAPPING SHOULDERS, CLAPPING] Yes. [SLAPPING THIGHS] And, no. [SLAPPING HIPS] Let's try all the phrases together, nice and slow. Hello. [SLAPPING CHEEKS] Goodbye.
