First, pause and notice where you are. Yo, we're at the dentist. Then you've got to choose what fits the situation. We better be calm while we're at the dentist so we can do our teeth. I mean, I can dance later, but now I got to be still. You got it? I got it. Come on, y'all. Let's practice fitting the sitch. You're at a finish line. Fit the sitch. Be quick. You are in the library.
